1. Scope
TicketMe provides an event catalogue, availability information and electronic ticket issuance. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Account and verification
A valid, verified email address is required before a ticket can be issued. You are responsible for the accuracy of your name and email and for keeping access to your inbox secure.
3. Tickets and availability
Availability updates in real time. An order is only successful once a unique ticket has been issued. Each PDF ticket and QR code is intended for one-time admission and must not be shared publicly.
4. Event information
The date, start time, venue and admission rules appear on the relevant event page. If details change, the latest information published by the organizer applies.
5. Acceptable use
Automated purchasing, bypassing the queue, QR code abuse and attempts to access another customer's tickets or administrative functions are prohibited.
6. Personal data
Personal data processing and the use of session cookies are described in the privacy policy.
